Using Practice Round
Practice Round provides AI practice calls for rehearsal and preparation. You are responsible for the information you provide and for how you use the output.
Audio and transcript consent
By using Practice Round, you agree that we may capture, transmit, transcribe, review, analyze, and use practice call audio, transcripts, call setup details, prompts, AI responses, and related metadata to provide, maintain, protect, develop, and improve the service. Live audio and transcripts are processed through our servers and service providers during a call and for post-call feedback. We do not promise to keep a permanent archive of every call recording on our servers.
Free use and subscriptions
Practice Round may offer a limited free experience and paid subscription plans. The free experience includes two practice minutes per device install unless we say otherwise in the app. Paid plans such as Practice Round Plus include a fixed number of live practice minutes each billing period, shown in the app and at purchase. Unused included minutes do not roll over to the next period unless we explicitly say they do.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store (or the platform where you purchased). Subscribers may also buy optional minute top-ups for the current billing period; top-up minutes apply to the current period and do not roll over. You can restore prior purchases through the app. Subscription status and usage may be managed through Apple, RevenueCat, and our backend billing systems.
Accounts
You can use Practice Round without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple, you agree that we may link that account to your device’s anonymous installation ID so subscriptions and usage can follow you across devices where supported.
Not professional advice
Practice Round is for practice only. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Verify important decisions independently.
Acceptable use
You may not use Practice Round to harm others, impersonate people without permission, violate law, collect sensitive information from others without consent, or disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Practice Round at any time, including features, pricing, plans, usage limits, and model providers.
Disclaimers
Practice Round is provided as is and as available. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for use of the service.
